**Your Impact**:
As the Lead Product Innovation (AI/ AppSec), you will define the future of AI usage in this domain. You will define the roadmap, align the roadmap with internal and external stakeholders, and execute the roadmap in collaboration with our engineering team.

As an Lead Product Innovation (AI/ AppSec), you will work in an exciting environment offering:

- An interesting, international environment, with local colleagues in the Richmond Hill office, as well as many virtual colleagues in the US, Europe, and India. We have a strong engineering team in India dedicated to Application Security Aviator alone.

- Skill Development: Collaborate across teams and leverage OpenText’s resources (including an educational budget) to develop your expertise.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Application Security in general, and SAST in particular.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Java (hands-on coding), and some knowledge of many other programming languages.
- You have hands-on experience with AI/LLM technology (not necessarily in the AppSec domain), and are closely monitoring new developments in this area.
- Comfortable working in a distributed team, collaborating across different time zones.
