**Job Summary**
The Order Picker/Packer, is to fulfill frozen and fresh seafood for wholesale and retail orders, while upholding the highest quality of food safety and traceability. Reporting to the warehouse manager, the employee will be responsible for accurately preparing the orders, as well as cleaning their work station.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately packaging orders with proper labelling and pricing
- Efficiently completing tasks in a time sensitive manor
- Cleaning of workplace
- Organized traceability of orders prepared and packed

Requirements and Skills:

- Working in a cold environment
- Lift up to 30lbs
- Working with time benchmarks for orders to be fulfilled
- Able to work as a team as well as independently
- To be able to work closely with seafood, fish and shellfish
- High attention to detail / have pride in your work
- Able to problem solve and react to change (example, change in order that is being packed)
