**Don’t service high-end appliances, yet?** We still want to talk to you We will consider hiring a technician that does not have high-end appliance repair experience or a trainee that has mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

We are seeking an Apprentice Trainee that is interested in pursuing a career in appliance service with Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove independent partner. As an Apprentice Trainee, you will receive paid training and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our appliances. You will work closely with experienced technicians and gain valuable knowledge about our products, industry standards, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the company's training program to learn about our products, services, and procedures
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove appliances
- Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with appliances
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Complete invoicing and service related payments online
- High level customer service and communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
