Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)

The successful applicant will have a PTA designation from a Community College, and be an organized, motivated self-starter. Under the direction of the Physiotherapist, the PTA will provide delegated treatments to patients; be available to assist the PT when necessary; and provide exercise classes to residents. The PTA would have good communication skills, and demonstrate excellent judgement in clinical situations.

The position is part-time, working 2 mornings (and possibly early afternoons) per week. The PTA would be an independent contractor, with remuneration based on the number of patients treated, assistance provided and exercise classes taught.
Relevant experience working with an elderly population would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$27.82 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
