**Baker**:
We are seeking a talented and organized Baker to join our little team As one of our bakers, some of what you will prepare are cakes, icings, pies, cookies, scones, tarts, sweet dough and pastries...breads are an asset.

You will be following our recipes, however there is always the ability to express yourself and your own creativity with seasonal products and the addition of new features.

Previous experience in a professional baking environment is preferred. Must be available weekends and holidays. Shifts start at 6 am.

Staff meal and drinks provided. Shared tip pool, free parking, benefits plan available for long term, full time employees.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a baker
- Able to work mornings and weekends.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Physical endurance to stand for entire shift.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices

**Duties and Responsibilitie**s
- Follow existing recipes and finish to our standards
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, ovens, mixers, bakery cooler, utensils, and tools.
- Monitor items during baking.
- Keep workspace tidy and organized
- Evaluate ingredients and order as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:$20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Baking: at least 1 year (preferred)
- Training and mentorship available by our senior baker
