**Competitive Pay**: Paint technicians can earn up to $190,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 26 flat rate, up to 32 flat rate including top production level.
- Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
- Material Bonus: Earn a quarterly bonus for minimizing material usage
- High Production Potential: Experienced technicians typically bill 480+ hours per Month.

**Schedule**:

- Night Shift: Monday to Friday, hours will vary.
