**Job Overview**

We look forward to welcoming a Part-Time Nail Technician Instructor. You’ll be part of our growing team of experienced and passionate people who believe in continuous development and work hard behind the scenes to help its students thrive.

**Job Responsibilities and Knowledge**:

- Have at least 2+ Years of beauty Nail Service: 3+ Years (preferred)
- Able to train and teach students various cosmetology techniques.
- Able to prepare course curriculum and lesson plans and schedule classroom activities
- Able to provide students with both theoretical and practical instructions
- Develop and prepare supplement materials to enhance textbook lessons
- Develop and prepare tests to evaluate student performance, grade record individual scores
- Arranging for stock supplies and ensuring safe handling of chemicals during practical sessions.
- Able to review and grade students based on their performance.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred
- Proficient English and French speaking skills
- Knowledge and experience in performing a range of nail techniques while following protocols
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Classroom instructional techniques and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- As a Nail Technician Instructor, you should be up to date with the latest trends in the beauty industry.
- You should also have relevant experience in this area of work and excellent teaching skills.
- Your ability to remain calm in stressful situations will be beneficial.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
