In this role, you will lead the advancement of the organization’s infrastructure strategy, architecture, and best practices. You will be required to be responsive to IT administrative duties such as Windows environment configuration, service maintenance, etc. You may also help to analyze data security within computer systems, develop and implement repairs, modifications, and upgrades, and diagnose and resolve system errors or technical issues. To be a successful Technical Lead, you should possess advanced knowledge of hardware and software systems and exceptional analytical thinking abilities.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure including network firewalls, servers, endpoint devices.
- Cisco Unified Communications administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Provide system technical consultation and support for the software development team.
- Review firewall and SEIM logs for problem determination

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- At least 3 years knowledge of Windows server operating systems, Active Directory Administration, and configuration.
- At least 3 years knowledge of virtualization environments, and cloud management technologies.
- Well-rounded knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Routing, Firewalls).
- Technical and practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution
- Knowledge or Experience with Service Now Service Management Software is an asset
