Part-time Greeter

Hiring at the Toronto Premium Outlets for part-time greeters. The primary function of this role is to welcome and engage with customers when they enter the store in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This role will also support in line management at the store front ensuring store capacity, safety and customer experience meets all Coach brand standards. Coach is seeking individuals who have relevant retail selling experience, a good sense of urgency, great time management and the ability to multi task.
- Create a welcoming, warm, and elevated first impression and put customers at ease
- Direct traffic/orient the customer
- Remain aware and is clearly able to communicate current pricing and promotional strategy to customers
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously and break away as appropriate
- Provide a warm farewell to departing customers

Promote and endorse a team selling environment

MUST be able to additionally work weekends and holidays. MUST be at least of age of 18 to apply.
