**POSITION'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Most responsible for individualized assessments for all mobility & safety aids, including but not limited to wheelchairs, lifts, beds, scooters, lift chairs and walkers. Maintains strong professional relationships with local organizations and therapists to enhance quality of service.

**ADMINISTRATIVE**
- Generate quotes using the Assistive Devices Program, Native Affairs, Veterans Affairs, WSIB, ODSP, and all other funding agents
- Complete all necessary paperwork to document client information including client information forms, repair vouchers and medical supplies forms.
- Input client appointments into the Home Healthcare shared Google calendar

**CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION**
- Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional service during each customer interaction
- Consistently express empathy, professionalism and tact when suggesting specific Home Healthcare products to best compliment and assist with needs of clients.
- Consistently communicate and interact with Home Healthcare team
- Build strong, professional relationships with community partners to offer Home Healthcare services within local organizations re clinics at Senior Support Services.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Superior oral communication skills; ability to interact and build rapport with customers and business partners
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
- Superior sales experience
- Mechanically inclined

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Trained, or willing to train, in ADP (Assistive Devices Program) mobility and seating components
- Programming knowledge for special needs power chairs
- Technical training on all mobility set-up and performance
- Patient lift device training
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract

**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
