Our office is located in Winnipeg, MB. We are looking for a competent **Personal Support Worker** to care for our client/s in a professional and compassionate manner. It is often a demanding job, but it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high-quality assistance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide care and companionship for the client/s
- Accompany client/s to grocery, medical, or physical therapy appointments
- Administer bedside and personal care to client/s such as aid in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing and undressing
- Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding client/s
- May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making beds.

**Language**: English

**Experience**: 1 year experience is an asset. Health care education is an asset.

**Work Location**: Stonewall, MB

**Requirements (no older than three (3) months)**:

- _**Valid Driver's License and Vehicle**_
- _**Must be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility (including lifting, transferring, or repositioning up to 200 lbs)**_
- Criminal Record Check
- Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
- Standard CPR-C and First Aid Training Certificate
- **CPI Non Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate**:

- Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform hands-on care for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude
- Valid PSW certification (if required in your region)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings

Pay: Up to $15.80 per hour
