Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Rate Adjustment: Strategically adjust rates to maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to new customers and companies, fostering strong relationships and generating business opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and secure special rates with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our hotel teams to align sales strategies with operational goals and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Guest Relations: Ensure that the guests & company's that stay with us are satisfied & stay with us in the future as well
- Area Market Scope
- Join Platforms to see what is happening in the are (Concerts, Festivals, Construction, City Meeting, Trade Shows) & Set up rates to stay with us

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you must possess:

- Previous Experience: A proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, is a must.
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans to achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and market research to drive informed decision-making.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
