We are hiring a **full-time Dental Receptionist **to work in our Midtown Toronto office located at Yonge & Lawrence. We are a dynamic and super high-tech digital office looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our warm and friendly team

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries in a timely manner
- Oversee patient relations and handle questions with professionalist
- Booking new appointments and confirm existing appointments in the schedule
- Confirming insurance breakdowns and helping patients understand their coverage
- Manage and maintain patient records
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a dental receptionist position or related role is required
- Knowledge of dental practice management software is preferred, experience with ClearDent is considered a asset
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working with computers and technology - we are paperless
