**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation by washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients as directed by chefs or cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support cooks during peak hours by providing timely assistance with food service tasks.
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for service.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Basic cooking skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.

Pay: $16.55-$22.29 per hour
