We are looking to add a hard working individual to our housekeeping team. This is a part time position with the opportunity to gain more hours.

Position:
Ideally, we are looking to hire for the following shifts, every other weekend 8 am to 3 pm, as well as every Tuesday & Thursday 12 pm to 7 pm. There is flexibility with the times of the shifts.

**The successful applicant for the housekeeping position will be a team player and look forward to challenges and thinking outside the box. They will take pride in a job well done and be able to multitask. They will enjoy working with seniors and look forward to interactions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean, safe environment in the residence.
- Work as a member of a team with all other residence personnel.
- Be knowledgeable of and practice residence's fire and safety programs.
- support with laundry needs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a retirement home.
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to do extensive standing, walking, squatting, kneeling and moving of light objects.
