**Task & Responsibilities**

This position needs to meet high standards of workmanship and efficiency while meeting safety and quality standards. The Service Coordinator will prepare the necessary requirements to ensure that the technician is ready to successfully service the customer in the following tasks.
- Perform service calls for Everest customers,
- Calibrate field instruments,
- Perform troubleshooting on analytical instrumentation,
- Perform start-ups on instrumentation and automation projects,
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,
- Maintain and calibrate sophisticated analyzers
- Control valve repairs
- Follow frequent training to stay up to date
- Complete service reports for each call and time sheets.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree in instrumentation/automation, industrial electronics, or other related field with appropriate experience
- Certifications, licenses, or job experience appropriate to manufacturing industry are an asset
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Strong process analyzer knowledge and maintenance
- Capacity to work physically at heights with ladders or on industrial stack in a secure environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and a natural curiosity for how things work,
- Results driven and customer service oriented
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills,
- An ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision,
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Continuous gas analyzer, Gas Chromatograph, FT-IR analyzer experience would be an asset.

**Working Conditions**
- Exposure to hazards associated with an industrial process related to our field of valve and instrumentation products, assembly, and service business
- Use of required personal protective equipment
- Location: In, house and at customers sites depending on the requirements, some travel involve and occasional stay outside town
- Must have a valid driver's license,
- Occasional overtime will be required.
