Construction General Labourer(Renovation Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing sites for renovations.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Support the installation of fixtures, flooring, windows, and other renovation materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and distribute them to appropriate locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
- Assist with painting, plastering, and other finishing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or renovations is required.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- A commitment to safety and following company protocols.

Working Conditions:

- Work is primarily performed on sites, which may include exposure to various weather conditions.
- Regularly required to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
- May involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
