**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive **homemaking services**, including but not limited to **cleaning**, **cooking**, **laundry**, and **general household management**:

- Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events
- Administer personal care**services in accordance with the care plan directives
- Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs
- Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency
- Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office
- Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices

Job Qualification

**Required Shift - Casual Employment**:

- **Open Availability**: 7 days a week from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Additional shifts are available from pickup based on client needs and caregiver availability
- Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable administering **suppositories**safely and effectively: rectal and other applicable routes
- **TLR Certificate** (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to safely lift and transfer individuals, utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed
- Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
- Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
- Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Able to produce a clear **Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check**
