We are proud of our work and commitment to create one of the leading workforce, products and services in the Aviation industry. **About the Role** **Reporting** The Apprentice S reports directly to the Crew Chief. **Core Competencies** - Communication - Attitude - Problem-solving - Professionalism - Team Player **Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities** - Carry out repairs, and/or modifications on customers on customer aircraft as assigned to them under supervision by a technician or Crew Chief - Complete required regulatory and company paperwork and ensure that paperwork is up to date and accurate and maintain integrity of all issued documents. - Provide regular job status updates and report all defects and work stoppages to Crew Chief. - Report unserviceable equipment to assigned Crew Chief. - Notify Crew Chief of all defects discovered during maintenance. **Qualifications** - Review and be fully familiarized with all aspects of Avmax's Maintenance Policy Manual and General Procedures Manual.
