**Production Supervisor**

Become a production supervisor for one of Canada's fastest growing beverage brands

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee batching of ingredients and beverage preparation
- Operate and maintain filling equipment
- Perform clean in place procedures on the production equipment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies promptly.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production line to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working on a beverage or food production line, brewery, or manufacturing plant highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotfill beverage production processes and equipment highly desirable
- Knowledge in flexible packaging and pouch packaging highly desirable
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., GFSI standards) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Hours Negotiable**:We are primarily looking to fill an evening shift, although hours are negotiable. Monday-Friday 1030am-7pm

**Salary**: Starting from $26-$30.00 per hour plus blue cross benefits

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
