Reporting to the Director of the Immigration Department, you will be invited to work closely with all of the company's teams, its clients and service providers who do business with the Immigration Department.

Responsibilities (English Portal):

- Inform and train your team of any changes in laws, procedures or instructions from the two levels of government (Canada and Quebec)
- Represent clients namely companies, workers, students as well as their family members, etc
- Supervise and validate the work carried out by the administrative assistants of the immigration team
- Ensure rigorous follow-ups with government authorities, organizations and individuals concerned in the immigration process
- By invitation, offer training and advice in Immigration to the various teams of the company
- Advise and participate in the development of internal management procedures and work tools

Qualifications (English Portal):

- Quebec CRIC and immigration permit holder (required)
- Attention to detail / thoroughness
- Autonomy with the ability to work under pressure
- Priority management
- Sense of commitment, punctuality and respect for cultural difference
- Bilingual or trilingual (an asset)
