**Hours: very flexible working schedule (20 to 40 hours)**

Neilcorp & Patten Homes make up the home building sector of Cavanagh Construction. Together, we build new homes that exceed the hopes and dreams of our clients and offer the advantages of a large-scale builder with the superior level of personal service only a niche builder can provide.

This is to provide a finish **clean** of a home that has been under construction prior to the homebuyer conducting their Pre-Delivery Inspection. The final cleaning should deliver a spotless home.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clean all tubs and sinks
- Vacuum all floor surfaces
- Dust (wipe down) all interior surfaces, windowsills, top and bottoms of cabinetry and doors
- Wipe down all interior doors
- Polish all taps
- Clean all interior windows
- Clean the exterior porch windows
- Clean the laundry tub
- Wipe down water softener and furnace
- Mop floors

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a cleaner
- Must hold a valid drivers license and own vehicle
