Reporting to the Vice-President Investment, you will mobilize a team of Financial Planning Directors seasoned in financial planning in their daily management of Financial Planners. **Your role** - Manage a seasoned team of Directors, Financial Planners by offering them personalized coaching to develop their skills and support them on a daily basis in their management and career path - Engage your team by fostering a culture of advice and customer service - Implement and act as an integrator of initiatives fostering a culture of cross-sectoral collaboration - Work closely with Regional Vice-Presidents to establish strategies for comprehensive customer care to maximize business development opportunities - Hold meetings on a regular basis to support the team at the business development and board level and conduct regular and rigorous monitoring of results and portfolios - Develop and facilitate training and co-development forums and workshops to promote the exchange of best practices and contribute to the enhancement of the team's skills - Ensure operational quality across the industry, including compliance with regulatory standards, compliance and privacy policies - Contribute to the VP Investment Management Committee We want to contribute to your quality of life by offering you as much flexibility as possible in your work.
