Out of School Care Worker/responsible Adult

We are looking for a new member to join our team at Coquitlam River Out of School Care to work 20 -25 hours/ week **Mon-Fri 7-9am**_**and**_ **2:30 -6pm.**
Flexibility required for Pro-D-Days and Early Dismissal days.
We are looking for someone who is kind, nurturing and committed to team work. This position will require knowledge of the Early Learning Framework and Child Care Licensing Regulations and experience in a Childcare Centre.
As a team member you will provide age appropriate activities for school aged children, provide a caring safe and healthy environment, build and foster relationships with parents/caregivers and provide a fun learning environment for the children in your care.
Qualifications: _In order to be contacted for an interview you:_
- Must be 19 years of age
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a valid First Aid Training & CPR (B)
- Have a satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance
- Responsible Adult Certificate
- Have previous Child Care experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Coquitlam, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Working in a Childcare Center: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
