- We expect employees to be self-motivated, proactive, organized, reliable, mature, professional, safety-minded and able to work well with others.
- When interacting with our students employees must be enthusiastic, energetic, truly love working with children, believe in building a positive family oriented environment, and able to be a great role model to our young athletes both in and out of the gym.
- Able to effectively communicate with fellow staff, students, and parents.
- Able to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Willing to attend continuing education opportunities, clinics, and certification training as required.
