We are currently seeking a part-time **Banquet Server**(Banquet Setup Attendant/Banquet Houseperson) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our banquets and events are set up and executed flawlessly, leaving our guests with lasting positive impressions.

The part-time **Banquet Server** will assist in the setup and cleanup of banquet events, support the Sales & Catering Coordinator, and maintain banquet storage areas. This role demands a blend of efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Event Setup and Cleanup**: Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of banquet events, ensuring all areas are clean and properly arranged.
- **Guest Service**: Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during events, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- **Support Coordination**: Work closely with the Sales & Catering Coordinator to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.
- **Storage Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the banquet and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event operations.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and cleanliness.

Your Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a banquet or event setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
