ERP System Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, troubleshoot, and improve the product component of the company’s web-based ERP portal (COPS)
- Develop vast product and system knowledge to aid with general queries, and order entries.
- Update product database with new additions and changes to current products
- Manage product “Bill of Materials”
- PhP programming to aid in smooth running of product components of the company.
- Reading and interpreting drawings effectively
- Monitor environment and ensure smooth running, availability and integrity for all reports, reviewing processes and recommending solutions
- Perform ERP functions while making continuous improvement suggestions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering is an asset
- ERP experience
- Basic PhP or Java coding skills are required
- Database management experience is an asset
- Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular is crucial
- Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on the manufacturing industry in terms of products, and materials commonly used
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
