**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate a backhoe on residential sites
- Ability to operate in a safe manner within tight working environment
- Performs daily safety and maintenance checks
- Assist team members with other tasks related to construction projects

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience operating backhoe
- Valid drivers license and own transportation is required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Working hours may require some weekend and evening shifts
