**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible experience.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, helping to promote salon products effectively.
