**Skills Required**:

- Functional knowledge of Guidewire Policy center implementation
- Commercial insurance experience
- At least 1 full-cycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation experience in Canada is mandatory
- Experience in supporting the Integration requirements for Guidewire
- Ability to work with business to translate the business needs to technical team
- Agile implementation
- Professional Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analysis is preferred
- A self-driven and highly analytical person who has worked in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor and multi-geography environment

**Nice to have skills & experience**:

- Guidewire Claims center implementation
- Agile Product owner certified

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in design thinking workshop and drive the functional solution components
- Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope
- Create and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements, performance, and stability
- Proactively recognize business trends and/or Company policies that affect Business Practices and make recommendations for process/system enhancements

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
