**Job Description**:

Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptom using established processes and procedures.
- Collaborates with local and shared services, both internal and external, to resolve Tier 3 issues.
- Maintains call tracking, knowledge database, and asset / license inventory to enhance quality of problem resolutions.
- Performs root cause analysis recommending procedures and control changes for problem prevention.
- Leads local project tasks and initiatives adhering to high quality standards to meet defined objectives and expectations.
- Evaluates and provides techniques and new products for increasing internal client productivity.
- Preserves the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and local infrastructure.
- Responsible for local security adherence and internal client education and awareness.
- Responsible for digital vendor and supplier workings.
- Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate installation, deployment, and upgrade of infrastructure environment.
- Ensure high level availability of Digital infrastructure to support business deliverables and traceability.

- Understand and respect the rules concerning safety, quality, and the environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the Roquette Pea processing plant and its operation

Qualifications/Requirements
**Education**:
A post-secondary degree in computer related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience. BS Degree in computer related field preferred.
Industry standard certification such as: ITIL foundations, CCNA, MCSE, Network+.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years previous corporate or multi-national client services experience preferred.
- Comprehensive Project Leadership experience.
- Moderate SAP or ERP experience.
- Experience with network, systems administration, and operations disciplines preferred.
- Demonstrated process definition and continuous improvement skills.
- Demonstrated abilities in conflict management.
- Demonstrated understanding of business acumen.
Specific requirements: Provide after-hour and weekend support as required, as part of an “on-call” rotation.
