**Job Summary**

We are a leading food wholesale trading company in Richmond seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Sales Trainee. If you are hardworking, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges, we have the perfect opportunities for you

**Responsibilities**
- Execute our sales plans, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to engage existing customers and identify selling opportunities to enhance market share.
- Evaluate customer business needs and analyzing market trends to develop service solutions.
- Working closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top quality servicing.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education is required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Language proficiency in English (Cantonese
& Mandarin preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work hard

**What We Offer**:

- Hourly pay during a 3-month probation period
- Basic salary + commission upon successful completion of probation
- Comprehensive training provided

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
