**Job Title**:Health Manager
**Salary**: $82,642.57 - $100,351.41 - $118,060.82
**Contract**: Fulltime, Permanent
**Hours**: Mon - Fri (35 hrs)
**Location**: Ladysmith, BC

**About The Role**

Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Health Manager is responsible for the operation and management of Stz’uminus First Nation’s Health Department. The Health Manager is responsible for the management, administration, and delivery of health programs and services to ensure that the health needs of the Band and community members are met in a reasonable, effective and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or a related field (i.e, nursing, health care management, or other associated degrees).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in First Nations Community Health in a leadership or people management role, or a combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of clinical supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related computer software.
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check required.

The Salary Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
