**Day-to-Day Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
- Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
- Educate customers on our sales and promotions.
- Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking**, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.**
