**Hourly Rate**: $19.08 + 10% Vacation and Sick Pay

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labourer to join our team for the Cowichan Hospital Project in Duncan, BC. As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and renovation activities on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Carry and transport materials and tools as needed.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Comply with project specifications and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a general labourer role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of construction practices and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
