**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and make them feel at home
- Assist in selecting baby and children’s clothing, women’s apparel, accessories, and gear
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation through organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and exchanges with a positive attitude
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
- Help maintain a clean and orderly store environment
- Guide customers through creating gift registries

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- A passion for fashion, with familiarity in baby and children’s products being a plus
