We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
