Production Planner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Establish project timelines, create clear and defined schedules that are realistic and achievable.

Assign tasks to team members/departments, facilitate communication with Quality Assurance Coordinator to keep the team informed and task progress.

Serve as a central point of contact for vendors and clients, communicating project plans, updates, risks, and issues.

Monitor projects, ensuring the departments adhere to timelines.

Maintain and organize all project documentation, ensuring clear and accurate record of all project activities.

Generate reports and status updates for management, detailing project progress, and potential challenges.

Identify and resolve issues and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.

Ensure each department has access to the necessary resources to complete each project. Monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
