Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Wendy's as Crew Members. As a Wendy's Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards in the food industry
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Note: All positions at our restaurant are paid positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
