**ROLE: Retail Support Associate**

JOB SUMMARY:
As the Retail Support Associate, you are responsible for assisting the Retail Sales Associate in the operations of the showroom and creating an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for all tasks related to the handling, packaging of vanities and accessories for the retail outlet.
- Assist with loading final products for customer pick-ups.
- Support material handling of display vanities to the showroom.
- Maintain organization in retail warehouse and practice good housekeeping.
- Provide sales support in the showroom when required.
- Cover the management of the showroom independently when the Retail Sales Associate is away or on vacation.
- Cross train in other areas of manufacturing and provide support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High-school diploma
- Manufacturing experience (an asset)
- Customer service and/or sales experience (an asset)

SKILL REQUIRED:

- Good communicator
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales and product knowledge
- Administrative skills
- Computer skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Effort: There is medium stress involved due to the requirement of meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Physical Effort: The Retail Support Associate must be able to assist a 2-person lift maximum of 200lbs. and is required to load vanities for customer pickups.

Working Conditions: Most of the time is spent in a retail warehouse environment, some time will be spent in the showroom. There may be occasional work in the manufacturing plant.
