**Join Our Team as a Skid Steer Operator (Part-Time) - Ridge Soils**
**Location**: Hamilton, Ontario
**Pay**: $20.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Looking for a job that keeps you active, outdoors, and operating equipment? **Ridge Soils** is looking for a **part-time Skid Steer Operator** who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Load soils, mulch, and aggregates into customer vehicles using a skid steer.
- Keep product bins full and the yard clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Provide great service to walk-in and contractor customers.
- Use our POS system to process transactions.
- Assist with yard and site maintenance.
- Lift and move heavy products like soil bags and pails.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a skid steer or similar equipment.
- Great attitude and people skills - retail/customer service experience is a bonus
- Physically fit, with the ability to work on your feet and lift heavy items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable handling fuels (gas, mixed gas, diesel).
