**Summary**

We are seeking a talented R&D Technician to join our dynamic team at Frankie's Organic. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, updating, and organization of technical documentation including:

- Product specification sheets
- Nutritional panels and ingredient decks
- Regulatory and compliance forms
- Support the product development team with sample preparation for internal evaluations, customer submissions, and shelf-life studies.
- Accurately record and track formulation changes and product prototypes.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
- Maintain records of raw material specifications and assist in sourcing technical data from suppliers.
- Help coordinate lab trials and testing for new and revised products.
- Participate in sensory panels, product evaluations, and assist with shelf-life tracking and stability testing.
- Ensure proper labeling of all lab samples and prototypes according to internal protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D lab and storage areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
