Handyman/woman/maintenance

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate components or parts as necessary for repairs or improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Experience in welding or fabrication is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

Pay: $17.74-$26.72 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
