Warehouse Team members are valued members of the business, playing an important role in providing for Warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving assists the Lead Hand in organizing and monitoring the receiving, picking/checking/shipping, storage, and distribution of all items received either from suppliers, vendors, and/or the Manufacturing Department. The incumbent will ensure a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
**Duties Include**:

- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations including Picking, Checking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory systems.
- Oversee and participate in loading and unloading of shipments and communicate respective information to all internal departments/employees as required.
- Knowledge and focus on Health and Safety rules.
- Checking orders, packing slips, BOL’s, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift/lower products within respective health and safety rules and regulations
- Professional, courteous customer interaction on a day-to-day basis
- Duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time in order to support efficient company operations.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current standup reach and counterbalance operator’s license
- Use of RF scanners for performing - Picking, Receiving, and Logistics function within the warehouse.

**Salary **-$21.50/Hour (42.5 hours per week)
