Cleanify, a leading cleaning services provider, is seeking **highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaners** to join our team as independent contractors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing the cleaning operations in **Brampton** and surrounding locations.

**What we pay**:
You get paid weekly for this job at $22 per hour as a contractor (with monthly performance bonuses)
**ALSO ALL TIPS GIVEN BY CUSTOMERS ARE YOURS**
**You can deduct your expenses while on the job** You can deduct your petrol, cleaning supplies, mobile phone bill, and other potential expenses like on-the-go lunches as you will work as a contractor.

**What do you need to do**:

- Ensuring clear communication and making sure the customer is satisfied
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices and processes for cleaning operations

**What we’re searching for**:

- At least a year's worth of residential, housekeeping, nanny, or care home experience.
- You must be reliable and have your own car to use
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Most importantly, must know how to clean well
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
