**About the Opportunity**:

- Our Project Managers oversee commercial office interior project from kick-off to delivery, coordinating all aspect of the project from design through construction to completion.
- Our Project Managers are the key point of contact for client interactions and are responsible for delivering projects on-time and on-budget with an amazing stakeholder experience.
- You will be working closely with our Interior Designers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers to help clients design & build awesome workplaces.

**About the Deliverables**:

- Deliver projects on-time and on-budget with an amazing stakeholder experience
- Oversee all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects across an entire project lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout).
- Build and maintain client relationships; act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators.
- Assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Coordinate all project vendors (internal and external) across the entire project including designers, architects, engineers and construction teams.

**About You**:

- 7+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design or architecture.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage expectations, both internally and externally.
- Leadership abilities to take charge of a project and gain the trust and confidence of the client, landlord and teammates.
- Ability to build business relationships leading to business opportunities.
- Experience leading design teams through all phases of the design process.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple complicated ongoing projects.
- Knowledge of various commercial furniture brands preferred.
- Construction project management experience an asset.
