**Job Summary**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Duties**
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery such as milling machines and logic controllers
- Program machines for specific tasks
- Assemble parts using machinery
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Perform basic machining tasks
- Utilize forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse
- Know and respect at all times the quality standards and
food security, health and safety regulations at work and
company policies
- Ensure proper operation of the equipment under his
responsibility according to the operating procedures
established by the company
- Inform your supervisor when a quality related problem
occurs
- Ensure that the finished product is of highest quality
- Fill in the necessary documents related with daily
operations
- Have good knowledge of the equipment under his
responsibility
- Initiate and participate in the development of new ideas
and projects
- Do the necessary quality tests related to the position
- Troubleshoot equipment when needed
- Ensure that sanitation is done properly on various
equipment
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times
**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating and programming machinery
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting machinery issues

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
