**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services to clients while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
- Upsell retail products based on client needs
- Create strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with informed recommendations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and grooming.
- Experience in front desk operations and retail sales is a plus.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
