- Oversee biweekly payroll
- Maintaining payroll records and timesheets for field staff
- Accurately input data into Sage Contractor 100 and ADP Payroll Software
- Maintain employee profiles
- Accurately prepare invoices for completed project
- Provide administrative support to Management as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Payroll and invoicing experience
- Organized with a strong eye for detail
- Understanding of Time & Material Billing and Construction Terminology
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- HR expose would be an asset, not required
- Confidentiality is an absolute MUST
