Janitor/cleaner

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
